Only exchanges or returns made within 14 days of the sale will be accepted.
Returns without justified cause will incur shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
Returns due to breakage, defective products, or order processing errors will be handled at no cost, with a full refund of the product price as well as the original shipping and return costs.
