Mitjavila Slow Shop only stores order-related information and does not retain any payment data. The payment process is managed directly through the payment service provider’s website, without the company or any third party having access to this information.
Mitjavila Slow Shop adopts security measures in the processing of data that ensure the highest level of confidentiality for its customers, fully complying with Spanish regulations on the protection of personal data. The Legal Notice regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy, which applies to all matters related to personal data protection.
By placing an order through the website, the customer expressly agrees that their personal data will be processed as described in the legal notice and the privacy policy.
All purchases made at Mitjavila Slow Shop are governed by the provisions of the Spanish Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) relating to distance selling. In particular, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty or charge and without the obligation to state the reasons, within FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS from the date of delivery of the product.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised in two ways: by postal mail sent to the address indicated in the withdrawal document, or by email within the aforementioned period to our Customer Service email address.
The email must include the purchase invoice, the customer’s contact details, the brand and model of the product to be returned, and, optionally, a brief description of the reasons for withdrawal. Once the email has been sent, the customer will receive a response from Mitjavila Slow Shop by email.
The product to be returned must be sent to Mitjavila Slow Shop in a sealed package and to the address indicated in the first clause of these terms of sale.
Mitjavila Slow Shop will accept the return of any product without undue delay, provided that it is in perfect condition and complete (including packaging), and that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above. In such cases, all amounts paid will be refunded as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 calendar days following receipt of the product at our facilities. The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Under no circumstances will withdrawal be accepted if the product is not in the same condition as when it was sold.
All products marketed by Mitjavila Slow Shop comply with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
However, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the sale of products supplied in the form of digital files delivered electronically and capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
In the event of an incorrect shipment, Mitjavila Slow Shop will arrange the collection of the product (service available exclusively for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) and will send the correct item at no additional cost to the customer, once the incorrect product has been returned to our store, provided that the issue is reported within the first 7 days from the date of purchase through our Customer Service.
These terms of sale and all orders shall be governed by Spanish law.
This company is not subscribed to the Consumer Arbitration System.
The courts and tribunals of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or application of these terms of sale and any order.
