Mainland Spain<\/strong> and the Balearic Islands<\/strong> (GLS).<\/p>

A first delivery attempt will be made to the address provided and, in case of absence, a second attempt will be made with prior notice by phone. If, after five (5) calendar days from the date of the notice, the customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to Mitjavila Slow Shop<\/strong>.<\/p>

If the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or shows any visible damage, we recommend rejecting the order or accepting it while noting a reservation on the delivery slip to review the contents and, whenever possible, taking photographs of its condition for a future claim. If the damage is not visible, you will have 48 hours to submit a claim.
