    All purchases made at Mitjavila Slow Shop<\/strong> are governed by the provisions of the Spanish Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU)<\/strong> relating to distance selling. In particular, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty or charge and without the obligation to state the reasons, within FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS<\/strong> from the date of delivery of the product.<\/p>

    The right of withdrawal may be exercised in two ways: by postal mail sent to the address indicated in the withdrawal document, or by email within the aforementioned period to our Customer Service<\/em> email address.<\/p>

    The email must include the purchase invoice, the customer\u2019s contact details, the brand and model of the product to be returned, and, optionally, a brief description of the reasons for withdrawal. Once the email has been sent, the customer will receive a response from Mitjavila Slow Shop<\/strong> by email.<\/p>

    The product to be returned must be sent to Mitjavila Slow Shop<\/strong> in a sealed package and to the address indicated in the first clause of these terms of sale.<\/p>

    Mitjavila Slow Shop<\/strong> will accept the return of any product without undue delay, provided that it is in perfect condition and complete (including packaging), and that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above. In such cases, all amounts paid will be refunded as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 calendar days following receipt of the product at our facilities. The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/p>

    Under no circumstances will withdrawal be accepted if the product is not in the same condition as when it was sold.<\/p>
