Description
Fruita Blanch’s canned fruit is carefully selected piece by piece, based on factors such as ripeness (essential for proper preservation) and size, which must be uniform to achieve a perfect presentation.
The fruit is then cleaned, peeled, and pitted by hand. It is placed into sterilized glass jars, which are filled with syrup made by boiling only water and sugar, without any additives. The jars are then hermetically sealed and placed in a water bath to ensure long-lasting preservation, maintaining all the qualities and flavor of the fruit.
