The delivery area for orders is:
Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (GLS).
The customer must enter the shipping address when placing the order.
There is also the option to collect the order in-store. In the shipping form, select the option “In-store pickup”.
The national delivery service is managed by the transport company GLS.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Mainland Spain: 2 to 3 business days.
Balearic Islands: 4 to 5 business days.
A first delivery attempt will be made to the address provided and, in case of absence, a second attempt will be made with prior notice by phone. If, after five (5) calendar days from the date of the notice, the customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to Mitjavila Slow Shop.
If the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or shows any visible damage, we recommend rejecting the order or accepting it while noting a reservation on the delivery slip to review the contents and, whenever possible, taking photographs of its condition for a future claim. If the damage is not visible, you will have 48 hours to submit a claim. Claims related to transport will not be accepted once more than 48 hours have elapsed.
Mainland Spain: €5.95 (free on orders over €60).
Balearic Islands: €15.95 (on orders over €60, shipping to the Balearic Islands will cost €11).
For logistical reasons, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed 25 kg.
